FINN’S QUEST is a fast-paced military action fiction thriller featuring Captain Kirkland Finn of the British Army 22nd Special Air Service Regiment (SAS). Follow Finn on a high-octane adventure journey from Afghanistan to the USA and back as he battles to free his kidnapped sister from American ex-special forces mercenaries and a vengeful Afghan drug lord. A 390-page action-packed covert-ops fiction thriller with twists and turns that will keep you guessing to the end, including FBI investigation, undercover CIA black-ops, espionage, DEA corruption and military combat action, and written in a refreshing cinematic style emphasising action and adventure over long-winded descriptions.
SYNOPSIS
While deployed with British SAS troops in Afghanistan, Captain Finn learns that his sister, who is on holiday in the US with her friends, is missing, possibly kidnapped. With the help of connections within the CIA, he leaves his squad behind and travels to the US to search for her. Upon arrival, he meets with FBI special agent Nico Torres, a diligent crime investigator with a no-nonsense approach. Together, the two men form an unbreakable partnership as they chase the culprits from the forests of New Mexico to the backstreets of Texas.
Can Finn save his sister before the American kidnappers hand her over to an evil Afghan drug lord with a score to settle?
FINN’S QUEST is the first in the Kirkland Finn series of military espionage action thrillers combining life in the British Army with covert ops missions and undercover spy activity. Finn is a typical SAS soldier who is tasked with missions around the world either alone or as part of a squad of elite special forces soldiers. Across the series Finn interacts with various characters including spies from MI6 and other friendly nations. Not a typical espionage novel, more a blending of combat and undercover spy and espionage activity. Although all the novels are stand-alone, it is advised to read them in order to understand the backstory of some of the SAS and MI6 spy characters. Available in paperback and digital editions for Kindle, Kindle Unlimited and eBook readers.
